Date / Time
1. Press Program *#<4-digit passcode>
2. Press 000 ( For program number 000 Date / Time )
3. Press Next (SP-Phone) (Display Example : '93 Jan. 1 Fri'
4. Enter the Year (2 digits) and Press FWD/DND to
move to the next value
5. Press Mute until the desired month is displayed then Press
FWD/DND
6. Enter the 2 digit Date and then Press FWD/DND
7. Press Mute until the desired Day is
displayed, then Press FWD/DND
8. Press Store
9. Press Next (SP-Phone) to move to the next screen.
10. Enter the 2 digit Hour, then Press FWD/DND
11. Enter the 2 digit Minute, then Press FWD/DND
12. Press Mute for AM/PM
13. Press Mute for 12/24 hour
format
14. Press Store

Forward Busy / No Answer Calls to Mailbox
1. Press Intercom
2. Press FWD/DND
3. Press 5 165 ( Fwd Busy / No Answer calls to Mailbox) OR
4. Press 4 165 ( Fwd No Answer calls to Mailbox) OR
5. Press 3 165 ( Fwd Busy calls to Mailbox) OR
6. Press 2 165 ( Fwd All calls to Mailbox)
NOTE: '165' can be replaced with any other valid extension
number that you wish to forward the calls to.

Turn Background Music On / Off
1. Press 1 to turn background music ON or OFF
NOTE: An external music should be plugged into the PBX 'Music
On Hold' port to enable this feature
